PUSH Collective
PUSH Collective is our small-group fitness community designed by women, for women. We focus on building strength, confidence, and resilience through accessible, strength-based workouts. Families are always welcome — little ones can join in or tag along — because we believe reducing barriers is the key to making movement a lifelong habit. More than just classes, PUSH Collective is about connection, support, and empowering women to feel strong in every season of life.

Mission
At PUSH Women’s Health + Performance, our mission is to empower women through every stage of life with accessible, evidence-based care and fitness. We bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance by offering physiotherapy, chiropractic, and strength training in a supportive, family-friendly environment. Our goal is to reduce barriers, build confidence, and help women feel strong, capable, and connected — both in their bodies and their communities.
