The Process
A little breakdown of how you can sign up for our PUSH Programs!

To Begin:
An initial assessment is required before starting the programs. This assessment allows us to discuss your health history, goals, and other important topics. It also establishes you as a patient under our care, enabling you to claim our programs under your benefits.
These assessments can be conducted in person or virtually for your convenience.

To Register:
Classes are booked in 4 or 6 week blocks, and you are required to sign up for all of the classes in that block. If you are unable to attend a class for any reason live stream classes so you are able to attend virtually if you would like. We do our best to set you up for success as we know life as a Mom can be unpredictable!

See you in Class!
You will receive confirmation that you have been registered for your block of classes upon registration. After that, we do not send reminder emails as most classes are 2x weekly and we don't want to fill up your inboxes. If you would prefer to receive a reminder 24 hours before your session, please let us know and we can set you up for that.
