PUSH Programs

Welcome to PUSH Programs, a series of medically supervised exercise and education programs designed to push boundaries and elevate women's health in Simcoe County! We are thrilled to have you join us on this empowering journey towards better health and well-being. Carefully designed by a Women's Health Chiropractor and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, these programs are tailored to each individual, and eligible for coverage under extended health benefits. 

After Yoga Class

PUSH Prep

Our PUSH prep program focuses on teaching moms how to modify movement to accommodate for hormonal, mechanical & energy changes common in pregnancy, as well as prep for birth.​

This program runs 1x weekly.

PUSH Restore

This series combines the evidence-based benefits of prenatal yoga (reducing aches, improving sleep, calming the nervous system) with the expert guidance of women’s health-focused healthcare providers.

Mothers Exercising with Babies

PUSH Postnatal Level I

This program is recommended for those in early post-partum, or who have yet to returned to exercise following delivery. It is also helpful for those looking to rehab specific ailments (such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, etc).

 

Programming focuses on helping individuals connect with their core and pelvic floor while gradually incorporating total body strengthening movements. 

 

Participants can start as early as 4 weeks post-partum.

Lifting Weights

PUSH Postnatal Level II

This program is intended for graduates of Level 1, or those who have started with some regular strength training in the post-partum period. 

 

The program is designed to help postpartum moms to progress to more advanced movements. This program introduces complex strength movements, and gradually adds in higher impact activity.​

Running Group

Ready to Run

Designed to help moms return to running postpartum.

This program is a hybrid strength condition/run training with the goal of running 5km.

PUSH Evolve

This program is intended for women navigating the perimenopause and menopause transition who are looking to build strength, improve resilience, and better understand the changes happening within their bodies.

Programming is adaptable for all experience levels and is designed to help women build confidence with strength training in a supportive, medically guided environment while navigating symptoms and physical changes associated with this transitional time.

PUSH Start

Created for babies 6 weeks to 6 months, this program builds tummy time tolerance, head control, core strength, and sensory-motor skills through hands-on guidance and parent education.

PUSH Forward

Created for babies 6 to 12+ months, this program supports sitting, crawling, and early walking through purposeful play and movement-based rehab.
