Frequently Asked Questions

Is an Initial Assessment needed before starting the programs?

Yes, an initial assessment is required before starting the programs. This assessment allows us to discuss your pregnancy & labor and delivery journey, health goals, and other important topics. It also establishes you as a patient under our care, enabling you to claim our programs under your benefits.

Do I need to attend classes to get an invoice to submit to my insurance?

Yes, attendance in person or virtually is necessary to receive an invoice for that day. Our programs are considered extensions of our practices, and just like a clinic visit, we cannot issue an invoice for classes not attended. At the end of the series, if you have attended all classes, you will have invoices equal to the total cost of the class that can be submitted to your insurance.

What should I bring with me to classes?

Bring indoor athletic shoes, a water bottle, and any essentials for your baby or kids. A blanket for your baby to lay on and favorite toys to keep them entertained are great ideas.

Unfortunately, we do not have room for strollers in our facility. Car seats are welcome!

Can I still participate if I am injured?

Participation with an injury depends on the specific injury, which is why the initial assessment is crucial. As healthcare professionals experienced in treating injuries, we can modify exercises to accommodate your condition.

What happens if I am late to class?

Nothing! We understand the challenges of managing babies and small kids at home. Simply come in, find a space, and we will help you catch up in class.

Can I bring my baby or other children to class?

Of course! Our series is designed to be inclusive for families, so feel free to bring your little ones along. Can I leave my baby at home? Absolutely! We understand the need for some "me" time. You are welcome to attend the class without your children if that works better for you.
